Yes, in three and a half months of 2020, the Renault Arkana sold 107 units, and another 23 cars were sold since the beginning of 2021. At the same time, the Zaporizhzhia Automobile Plant assembled about 300 Arkanas during the specified period. That is, less than half of the total number of produced cars were sold.
As can be seen, the Renault crossover, which is produced at ZAZ, has not yet found many supporters, although sales cannot be called catastrophic, given the stagnation of the new car market in Ukraine, which has been ongoing for several years.
It should be noted that Renault Arkana is produced in Zaporizhzhia using the large-knockdown assembly method (that is, from ready-made kits). By the way, quite recently this crossover entered the European market – before that it was only presented in Russia and some Asian countries (not counting Ukraine). However, there the car has different specifications and, moreover, is built on a different platform, although externally it is almost the same.
