The research was based on subjective consumer assessments. In particular, they were surveyed about comfort, handling, and interface convenience. At the same time, such an important parameter as reliability was not always taken into account by owners. This was shown by the result of Tesla – cars of this brand often cause complaints about quality, but their owners are completely satisfied with their choice.
Moreover, Tesla owners are so in love with their cars that they brought the brand to absolute leaders – the first place in the TOP-10 is occupied by Model 3. At the same time, the third and fourth positions also went to the Californian manufacturer of electric cars – they were taken by Model S and Model Y, respectively.
Tesla owners noted comfort as above average, but what is off the charts in their cars is road manners and style.

As for the second position, it went to Kia Telluride. And the TOP-5 is closed by Mazda MX-5. In general, the ten cars that topped the satisfaction rating look like this:
- Tesla Model 3;
- Kia Telluride;
- Tesla Model S;
- Tesla Model Y;
- Mazda MX-5 Miata;
- Lincoln Aviator;
- Lincoln Corsair;
- Toyota Prius;
- Jeep Gladiator;
- Tesla Model X.
As for the outsiders, this list is headed by Mazda CX-30: it upset its buyers with a low level of comfort, although it received excellent reviews for handling and design. Next on the list are again Japanese cars - Nissan Kicks, Infiniti QX60 and QX50. The five is closed by Jeep Compass.
