This is stated in the report of the Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry, where the so-called indicative retail prices and their structure were calculated.

According to the agency, the purchase cost of A-92 gasoline in the second decade of January is 7.15 UAH per liter, A-95 gasoline (Euro-5) – 7.57 UAH per liter, diesel fuel – 6.07 UAH per liter. But these are “dry” figures that have little in common with reality. After all, you need to add taxes, logistics, expenses, and so on. If you sum everything up, the “fair” fuel prices are as follows:

The agency notes that the trade markup of gas station network owners in Ukraine, including sales and administrative costs, in the price structure of A-92 gasoline is 3.1 UAH per liter, A-95 gasoline – 3.18 UAH per liter, diesel fuel – 3.55 UAH per liter.
