The circumstances of the owner's disappearance remain unknown, although his identity has been established. Of particular interest are the abandoned cars themselves — a 1974 Ferrari Dino 246 GTS, a 1972 Ferrari 365 GTB/4 Daytona, and a 1977 Maserati Bora Coupe. Notably, these cars were hardly used: the Maserati's mileage does not even reach a thousand miles.

The new owner of the garage, who got such a treasure, decided to put the cars up for auction. The bidding is scheduled for August. There is little information about the previous owner of the supercars. It is known that he was friends with Italian racer Luigi Chinetti, who opened the first Ferrari dealership in the USA. It was there that these cars were purchased. The further fate of the lucky owner of three supercars is shrouded in mystery.
