In the summer of 2018, the revived BMW 8 Series coupe made its debut. The '8' returned to the lineup after 19 years, replacing the two-door versions of the 6 Series. The car's exterior turned out to be quite striking: the design harmoniously combines sporty character and elegance. The coupe is based on the platform of the 5 Series. Production of the BMW 8 Series is organized at the plant in Dingolfing.
