Renault crossovers were purchased under a tender through the ProZorro system. All of them are equipped with a 1.6-liter 115-horsepower gasoline engine, a 5-speed manual transmission, and front-wheel drive.
Currently, such a Renault Duster 2021 costs from 406.6 thousand hryvnias. However, police crossovers are somewhat more expensive – 561.6 thousand hryvnias. The fact is that they received special equipment such as flashing beacons and special coloring. The total cost of the batch amounted to 168.5 million hryvnias.
This is not the first batch of Renault Duster in Ukraine for the National Police recently. Not long ago, law enforcement officers received another hundred of these crossovers. In total, over 2021, the police fleet should be replenished with about a thousand new cars.
