The relevant protocol was signed by the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine.
These funds are the first part of the third credit tranche, which will be invested in the reconstruction of the Poltava-Kharkiv and Kyiv-Kharkiv-Dovzhansky highways. Later, the second part of the loan in the amount of 240 million dollars will be received.

"Now we expect ratification by the World Bank. I am confident that the new 'team' of Ukravtodor will be able to use this money wisely. The third tranche will also include other components - including the design of the Lviv-Kirovohrad-Kherson road," wrote First Deputy Minister of Infrastructure Volodymyr Shulmeister on his Facebook page.
In June of this year, the Ministry of Infrastructure reported that the World Bank's Board of Directors should consider in September the issue of financing Ukraine's infrastructure development in the amount of 800 million dollars.
