We are talking about passenger cars with an internal combustion engine with a displacement of 1–2.2 liters, which are equipped with a hybrid power plant, where the electric motor drives the wheels. Such cars belong to the UCTVED codes 8703 22 10 00 and 8703 23 19 10.
The Interdepartmental Commission on International Trade concluded that the introduction of special restrictions on the import of certain brands of passenger cars with hybrid engines into Ukraine does not meet the national interests of the state.
