Visually, the Shakira electric SUV is about half the size of a full-fledged car, and it can accommodate six children in total – two in the passenger compartment and four more in the cargo area. Adults can also get into the "jeep," but they will definitely be cramped.

In terms of design, the homemade vehicle resembles classic SUVs from Jeep and the Willys MB (the latter, as a reminder, is a legend of World War II). It is equipped with a canopy, LED lighting, a horn, power windows, seat adjustments, and a roof rack.

The electric SUV is powered by a 1-kilowatt motor, and the vehicle's range is 60-70 km. Among other technical features are a leaf spring suspension and... a manual gearbox (whereas electric vehicles typically use a single-speed reduction gear).
The Indian man took a year to bring the project to life. The build budget was about $2,000.
