Visually, the Mercedes-AMG E 53 Cabriolet by Hofele is distinguished by a special blue metallic Royal Peacock Blue, glossy black inserts in the bumpers, a modified radiator grille, decorative elements on the sides in the style of the Bavarian sedan BMW 7 Series, and chrome accents. In addition, the cabriolet boasts luxurious 21-inch forged Turbine wheels.

The interior of the car is completely upholstered in nappa leather: beige Magnolia and blue Royal Blue. The pieces of material are marked and sewn by hand, but the decorative stitching, edging, and perforation were entrusted to high-precision computer-controlled machines. There is almost no bare plastic left in the cabin - even the inside of the soft top is upholstered in leather. The floor of the cabriolet, in turn, is covered with sheepskin mats.
