The engine power of the Alpina B7 xDrive remains the same (608 hp), but the motor now works with a specially tuned 8-speed automatic transmission. In addition, engineers added a new stainless steel exhaust system.

The sedan can accelerate from standstill to 96 km/h in 3.5 seconds, which is 0.1 seconds faster than its predecessor. The top speed has increased to 310 km/h (+20 km/h).

In addition, the Alpina B7 xDrive received improved four-piston brakes, Michelin sport tires with 20-inch wheels, a recalibrated all-wheel drive system, and adaptive air suspension.

The interior is upholstered in hand-finished Nappa and Lavalina leather. The cabin is equipped with seats with heating and massage functions, heated armrests, as well as a wireless charging station, Wi-Fi hotspot, multimedia system with gesture control, and a Harman/Kardon audio system. Sound insulation has also been additionally improved.
