The new "five" from Alpina, traditionally painted in bright blue, is available not only as a sedan but also in a "wagon" version.
The power of the eight-cylinder turbo engine has been increased from 462 to 608 hp, and torque has been increased from 650 to 800 Nm. The recalibrated engine paired with an 8-speed automatic can accelerate the sedan to 330 km/h, covering the first hundred in 3.7 seconds.
In addition to the engine, the suspension, power steering, and brake system, which received mechanisms from Brembo, have also been refined.
The price of the BMW Alpina B5 Bi-Turbo starts from 94,118 euros.
