Engineers at Hennessey took the stock 6.2-liter V8 and bored it out to 6.8 liters. The engine underwent serious rework: most components were either replaced or refined, plus a Whipple supercharger was installed. The suspension and braking system also received their share of upgrades.
After all these manipulations, the engine output increased from 426 to 805 horsepower, and torque reached an impressive 1159 Nm. Such a huge SUV can now accelerate to 100 km/h in just four seconds.
Hennessey Performance provides a warranty on the work performed for a period of one year or 20 thousand kilometers of mileage.
