XPeng Voyager X2 is a large quadcopter with a composite material cabin. It is designed for two passengers and luggage, with a payload capacity of 200 kg. The drone itself weighs only 360 kg. The interior features three touchscreen displays.
Each rotor of the quadcopter is powered by two electric motors, totaling eight. The Voyager X2 can reach 130 km/h and climb to an altitude of 1 km. A full battery charge provides 35 minutes of flight time.
Currently, the XPeng unmanned taxi is undergoing testing. Its autopilot is already advanced enough to maintain the specified route, speed, and flight altitude. The first production Voyager X2 units are promised by the end of this year.
