At the Detroit auto show, Reviver Auto presented RPlate Pro license plates, made in the form of monochrome displays.
Innovative license plates can not only display various messages but also serve as mini billboards when the car is parked.
Moreover, such "smart" plates have internet access and can themselves send registration requests to government agencies, saving the owner from long queues and bureaucratic procedures.
In California and Arizona, the use of such digital plates has already been approved, and Texas and Florida are also set to give permission soon.
