This new model is designed for the Chinese market and is a sporty five-door hatchback. It will be released on the Chinese market in 2016. Production is being set up at the facilities of the joint Japanese-Chinese enterprise Guangzhou-Honda.
The concept car is equipped with a hybrid transmission. It includes a 1.5-liter four-cylinder gasoline VTEC engine paired with a 7-speed DCT gearbox. Unfortunately, the company does not provide more information on powertrains. All Honda statements end with the fact that in this car the driver will get more driving pleasure than in cars with just a gasoline engine.
Production cars will be available in two versions: with a hybrid setup and with a 1.8-liter gasoline engine producing 150 hp. Honda Concept B is positioned as a car for young people and middle-aged people living in big cities. Nevertheless, we are sure that older people can also appreciate the car.
