Looking at the concept, the orange trim on some elements immediately catches the eye. But this is not idle decoration. These highlighted active aerodynamic elements shape the airflow.

There are also special shields under the floor, modified wheel arches, additional openings on the edges of the bumper, an extended rear spoiler, and rear-view cameras instead of mirrors. All these innovations have reduced aerodynamic drag by 20%.

But the most amazing thing is the innovative Hybrid Air drive technology. With its help, fuel consumption has been significantly reduced. The main savings are achieved through a hybrid scheme operating on compressed air. It uses a hydraulic motor-pump and a planetary automatic transmission.
The air compressed in two cylinders allows moving short distances without the help of an internal combustion engine. There is also a combined mode in which the efforts of the engine and the hydro-pneumatic system are combined. Judging by the pace of work of the French engineers and their intentions, the concept car shown at the Paris Motor Show will most likely become the parent of a production car.
