They allow patrol police to tow cars parked in unauthorized places to impound lots without the driver being present.
In addition to allowing police to take a car to the impound lot, the document introduces changes to the procedure for collecting fines. A system of "penalty points" is being introduced.
As stated in the law: "According to it, penalty points are a sanction imposed on a citizen for traffic violations recorded automatically, as established by the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses."
The law "On Improving the Regulation of Relations in the Field of Road Safety" has already been submitted to the president for signature.

Patrol police towed the car after one of the passers-by complained about it by calling "102".
