It is not worth calling such a modification of the LADA Kalina a crossover or an SUV — it is a station wagon with increased ground clearance and plastic body kit around the entire body. Preliminary data on buyer interest looks encouraging, but to launch production, a full set of documents must be prepared.
The LADA Kalina will not become all-wheel drive, but increased clearance and protection around the perimeter will be quite enough for comfortable movement on our roads.
