Like the Chinese model Qoros, which will be shown at the Geneva Motor Show, the VAZ hatchback differs little from the sedan version, having lost only the protruding part of the trunk and 80 liters of luggage volume.
The other overall dimensions of the hatchback and the Granta sedan are the same: length - 4247 mm; width - 1700 mm; height - 1500 mm. Trunk volume: from 440 l to 760 l. The trim levels remain the same: "standard", "normal" and "luxury".
The engine range offers three variations of the 1.6-liter engine. The "base" offers an 8-valve engine with 87 hp and only a manual transmission. Its 16-valve "brother" with 98 hp is equipped with an "automatic". And the same version, but with 106 hp, will get a manual transmission and will be able to accelerate to 177 km/h.
The hatchback already in the "base" will get an adjustable steering column, central locking, driver's airbag and audio preparation.
In contrast, the "luxury" Lada Granta is equipped with a full electric package, two airbags, climate control, fog lights, a multimedia system with a touchscreen, navigation, parking sensors, as well as rain and light sensors. Instead of navigation, you can choose a version with an electronic stability control (ESC) system, parking sensors and rain and light sensors.
