The appearance of the new model repeats the styling of the Nissan Resonance concept car, which debuted in Detroit a year earlier. Thanks to this, the large SUV looks massive and swift, standing out with expressive body lines and striking highlights on the sculpted side panels.

The Nissan Murano is based on a new platform, which is also used in the Pathfinder and Maxima models. It has been confirmed that the engine lineup will include a 3.5-liter V6 with 300 horsepower.

Nissan is carefully keeping details about the new model under wraps until the official premiere, but promises to equip the car with many modern safety assistants, new interior trim options, and an updated NissanConnect multimedia system.

Since the first photos have already leaked online, the wait for the official reveal is likely short. The premiere may take place in March at the Geneva Motor Show.
