The new Hyundai Genesis sedan has become one of those cars that received the highest award from the organization – Top Safety Pick+. This award is given to cars that have electronic systems for preventing frontal collisions.
In addition to excellent results in the frontal collision test with 25 percent overlap, the optional frontal collision prevention system performed well at speeds of 12 miles per hour and 25 miles per hour. It brought the car to a stop without contact with the obstacle.
The new Genesis has become the third full-size premium car to manage to get the highest rating.
