The company presented its new creation — the Peugeot 408, whose official premiere took place yesterday, February 28. This is a coupe-like crossover that stands out with a bright exterior in the signature style of the brand's latest models.
The car's dimensions are 4.69 meters in length, with a wheelbase of 2.79 meters. These proportions provide a spacious rear row of seats and a sizable trunk with a volume of 505 liters. If the rear seats are folded, the cargo area can be expanded to 1,580 liters.
The interior of the new 408 features the latest version of the proprietary PEUGEOT i-Cockpit® system, which is easily recognizable by its reduced steering wheel, instrument panel positioned above it, and multimedia complex angled toward the driver. This solution is designed to enhance driving pleasure and ensure confident maneuverability.
Order acceptance has already been announced. For the Ukrainian market, the model will be supplied with the most powerful gasoline engine, the 1.6 PureTech, which develops 215 horsepower. The price of the car in the Allure Pack trim with this engine and an eight-speed automatic transmission starts from 1,208,800 UAH.
