The images show different "wrappers" for the new LC 300. In essence, almost all of them echo the previous LC 200 and the final version, which is not surprising – the "Cruiser" has traditionally been an important model for the brand, so it could not afford radical changes and chose classic forms and moderate plasticity. However, the design nuances still differ.

Interestingly, each design theme had its own name. The proposal that was ultimately approved was called Brutal & Sensual. At the same time, Toyota noted that they refined the accepted appearance until they achieved the desired result. The manufacturer also made changes in accordance with customer requirements for the current model. But what about the alternatives? Let's take a look.

Among the rejected proposals, the HEX-Y variant stands out – its name is an abbreviation for "sexiness with hexagons." The model looked too futuristic, somewhat similar to… Mitsubishi Pajero Sport. It was given a characteristically raised rear, narrow and high bumpers, and a dotted square shape.

In turn, the Cross Ingot variant was as close as possible to the production LC 300. Square proportions, massive and rough protruding shapes, but at the same time – simple volumes. Also noteworthy are the narrow windows, "cut" wheel arches, a wide third brake light bar, as well as a narrow radiator grille and thin headlights combined into a single unit.

Finally, the World Runner variant brought some trends from current Toyota models (Tundra, Seq Sequoia) and could well have become the final version of the Land Cruiser 300. The hexagonal shape of the radiator grille was reproduced by Toyota in the headlights and bumper lines. At the same time, the chrome trim at the front and rear was done in the spirit of the solutions used on the Corolla sedan.

Separately, Toyota also published a photo gallery of interior sketches showing the radical improvements made by the manufacturer (compared to the "two hundred").

Recall that the new Toyota Land Cruiser 300 debuted on June 10. In Ukraine, sales of the new model start on August 6.
