Obviously, the new Toyota Prado 2022 will not change much in appearance, but it will acquire the features of its older brother Toyota Land Cruiser 300. Most likely, the SUV will get an enlarged radiator grille and thinner LED headlights.

Earlier it was reported that the new Toyota Land Cruiser Prado will grow to about 4.85 m in length, and the three-door version will no longer exist. The SUV will still retain its body-on-frame construction, although there were earlier rumors that it would be built on the platform of Toyota RAV4 and Camry.
It is known that the Toyota Prado 2022 lineup will retain the 2.8-liter 204-horsepower turbodiesel, while the gasoline variants will be replaced by a hybrid with a 2.4-liter four-cylinder and an electric motor. All versions will get an 8-speed automatic transmission and, of course, the low-range gear and differential locks will be preserved.
Meanwhile, the current generation of Toyota Land Cruiser Prado continues to be refined, and a new limited version of it has appeared.
