The image shows a two-spoke steering wheel like the one in the older Skoda Octavia, as well as a virtual instrument panel and a very large touchscreen. Notably, the DSG version retained the gear lever and did not get a joystick like the Octavia or VW Golf 8. It is also known that the new Skoda Fabia 2021 will be more spacious inside, and its trunk will be increased to the best in the B-class at 380-1190 liters.
Recall that earlier renders showed the design of Skoda Fabia 2021. The hatchback looks familiar, although the exterior shows the influence of Skoda Scala and Octavia.
The new Skoda Fabia will move to the MQB A0 platform and will be significantly larger than its predecessor – 4107 mm in length, 1780 mm in width, and 1467 mm in height with a wheelbase of 2564 mm.
The hatchback will be equipped exclusively with petrol engines; they decided to abandon diesels. You can choose from engines with a volume of 1.0 liters (65-110 hp) and 1.5 liters (150 hp). You can choose a 6-speed manual gearbox or a 7-speed DSG robot.
