Despite the decline in demand for D-class models, they still decided to continue developing the Superb. Judging by the images, the new Skoda Superb will still be produced with liftback and station wagon bodies.

It is known that the new Skoda Superb will become slightly larger and will still be built on the MQB platform, like its sibling Volkswagen Passat. The faceted design with thin headlights is in the spirit of the electric crossover Skoda Enyaq iV.

Most likely, the new model will retain petrol turbo engines with a volume of 1.5 and 2.0 liters and 2.0-liter turbodiesels, but they will be supplemented with 48-volt hybrid systems. There will also be two plug-in hybrids of the Skoda Superb at once, but an electric version is not planned yet.
