The length of the standard Kia Sonet (5 seats) is only 3,992 mm, while the new model reaches 4,120 mm (on par with Renault Sandero). However, it is hard to call the new model a full-fledged 7-seat crossover: the third row of seats is quite modest, and only children can be seated there.

For the Kia Sonet 7, only one engine is available – a 1.5-liter gasoline engine with 115 hp, paired with a 6-speed manual transmission or an IVT automatic transmission of your choice.

The car has exclusively front-wheel drive, but as many as four trim levels are available. One of them includes, for example, multimedia with a 10.25-inch screen, wireless charging for gadgets, a Bose audio system with 7 speakers, etc.

Prices for the Kia Sonet 7 start from $13,700. Most likely, the new model will later appear in Europe as well, since it is designed as a global crossover. However, it is possible that the affordable Korean SUV will be sold in a slightly modified form in new markets.
