Yes, the wheelbase of the Skoda Octavia Pro is 2730 mm (+44 mm), as a result of which the total length of the car has grown to 4753 mm (+64 mm). It was not without design improvements either: the "Proshka" was dressed in a body kit, like the Octavia RS (in particular, aggressive bumpers with large air intakes appeared), and also decorated with a large amount of chrome.
Inside the Skoda Octavia Pro, a multimedia system display with a diagonal of 12.1 inches has taken up residence. For understanding, the top versions of the standard liftback have "only" a 10-inch screen.
But under the hood of the Octavia Pro is a standard 1.4 TSI with 150 hp, which works in tandem with a 7-speed "robot".
The new product will be available exclusively in China: there, models with an extended base are in special demand. However, it is likely that in other countries it will also be possible to buy the Skoda Octavia Pro: if ordered, the car can be brought by "gray" dealers (Ukraine is no exception).
By the way, the Czechs developed the Octavia Pro in cooperation with the VIC SAIC enterprise - it specializes in the development and production of Volkswagen models intended for the PRC. Earlier, the same plant produced an extended version of the Karoq crossover.
