Judging by the spy shots, the new Skoda Fabia 2021 will retain its characteristic angular styling, but the front end will be designed in the style of the older Octavia and Scala models. In expensive trim levels, LED optics will most likely appear.
It was previously confirmed that the new generation Fabia will be built on the MQB-A0 architecture, which is already used in the Volkswagen Polo and Seat Ibiza. In addition to the hatchback, the station wagon will remain in the lineup, but its premiere is scheduled for a later date.
Thanks to the modern platform, it will be possible to install new equipment. In top versions, a digital instrument panel and an expanded set of safety assistants are expected.
Similar to the related Polo and Ibiza, the new Skoda Fabia will be equipped with 1.0-liter petrol turbo engines with outputs from 90 to 115 hp. As for diesel units, there is no information; according to rumors, they may be completely abandoned. At the same time, the appearance of a hybrid version of the Fabia is not excluded.
