The new Jaguar J-Pace will be built on the MLA modular architecture, which will also underpin the next generation of the XJ sedan and the new Range Rover. It is reported that the dimensions of the new model will be noticeably larger than those of the Jaguar F-Pace and I-Pace, allowing for three rows of seats in the cabin.
Externally, the electric Jaguar will echo the younger models. The side silhouette will reference the F-Pace crossover, while the front end will reference the I-Pace.
The Jaguar J-Pace will be available in versions with two electric motors and all-wheel drive. Buyers will be offered different battery options: in the top trim, the battery capacity will reach 100 kWh, and the range will exceed 480 km.
