However, the new Hongqi E-HS9 will also be available for free sale – at a price of 509,800 – 729,800 yuan ($78,000 – 112,700). The crossover reaches 5290 mm in length, 2010 mm in width, and 1731 mm in height with a wheelbase of 3110 mm.

The exterior of the electric car is clearly designed with an eye on the Rolls-Royce Cullinan – especially visible in the front part. By the way, the E-HS9 was developed by former Rolls-Royce chief designer Giles Taylor.

The interior trim uses leather and wood. Almost the entire front panel is occupied by displays. The car is six-seater, and the seats of the first two rows have electric drive.

On each axle of the Hongqi E-HS9 there is a motor: the front one develops 218 hp, and the rear one – 333 hp. In total, it turns out 551 hp, and acceleration to 100 km/h takes 4 seconds.
The battery with a capacity of 92.4 kWh provides a range of 500 km. Later, the lineup will be expanded with a more affordable 430-horsepower version with a range of 460 km.
