The updated Audi Q5 can be distinguished by the octagonal Singleframe radiator grille, the new shape of the front optics, as well as the rear lighting with OLED technology, which allows you to choose three “light signatures” (one of the options is selected when ordering the car), plus another one in Dynamic mode.

The main innovation in the interior is the Modular Infotainment Platform (MIB 3) media center with a 10-inch central display, which can be combined with a regular instrument cluster or a virtual cockpit with a diagonal of 12.3 inches. The screen is equipped with acoustic feedback, so the rotary switch on the tunnel console has disappeared, giving way to an additional box.

The engine lineup remains the same, but all two-liter diesel versions have acquired mild-hybrid MHEV technology.
The production of the updated Audi Q5 crossover will still be carried out by the Mexican plant in San José Chiapa.
