The all-wheel-drive Optima will receive the T-GDi AWD index and will be equipped with a 180-horsepower 1.6 turbo engine paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission.

In the domestic market, the fifth-generation Kia Optima debuted last autumn, and in the American market, the new model should appear closer to the end of this year.
