The updated hatchback can be distinguished from its predecessor by the changed front end, styled after the Cxperience concept hybrid shown in 2016. In addition, it received a new design of the signature Airbumps air capsules on the doors, designed to protect the body from damage in minor collisions.

On top of that, the C3 got different wheel arch extensions and new wheels. In the exterior personalization program, the number of available unique combinations has almost tripled — from 36 to 97 options.

For the interior, special Advanced Comfort seats with a polyurethane foam layer have become available, which were previously offered for the "older" models C4 Cactus and C5 Aircross.

The engine lineup of the updated Citroen C3 remains the same. The petrol range includes 1.2-liter three-cylinder engines with 83 and 110 hp, as well as a 1.5-liter diesel producing 100 horsepower. Transmissions — six-speed "manual" or "automatic" of a similar range.

Citroen will start accepting orders for the updated C3 in April of this year, and the first cars will appear at dealers in the summer. Prices will be announced later.
