As a company management representative reported, by mid-2021 Nissan plans to update or completely replace its entire lineup of SUVs. In just six months, the new generation X-Trail is expected to appear, followed by the updated Qashqai.
In addition, Nissan intends to create an electric crossover aimed at the European market. The Ariya concept, presented in October at the Tokyo Motor Show, will be used as the basis. The new model, comparable in size to the X-Trail, will be able to accelerate to 100 km/h in less than five seconds, and the battery range will be enough for 480 kilometers without recharging.
