The public debut of the car is scheduled for next spring. Initially, it was assumed that the model would be produced only for the Brazilian market, but now it has been confirmed that sales will also start in other markets.

The crossover will be based on the modular MQB-A0 architecture, which is also used in the new generation of the Polo hatchback. The overall length of the car will remain within four meters, and the wheelbase will be 2560 millimeters.

It is expected that the range of power units will include a one-liter turbocharged gasoline engine with an output of 115 horsepower, as well as a naturally aspirated 1.6-liter engine developing 120 horsepower. They will be paired with a five-speed manual gearbox or a six-speed automatic.
