The car is practically no different from the model that was presented not long ago in India. The North American crossover has only slightly different bumpers.
The engine lineup includes a 2.0-liter gasoline engine with an output of 149 horsepower. Customers are also offered a 1.6-liter turbo engine. The power of the unit is 177 horsepower. Transmissions are a seven-speed robot with two clutches and a CVT. The car will be available with both front-wheel drive and all-wheel drive.
In addition, Kia presented special modifications of the Seltos crossover at the auto show: X-Line Trail Attack and X-Line Urban. In the first case, the car is primarily oriented towards off-road driving. The crossover has a winch, and the ground clearance has increased to 23.3 centimeters. The car is also equipped with additional headlights, 17-inch wheels, and a roof rack.
The Seltos X-Line Urban is equipped with an aggressive body kit, a hood air intake, and additional body protection. Both versions are equipped with a 1.6-liter turbo engine and an all-wheel drive system.
