The public premiere of the new model will take place on September 4 — the new car will be shown simultaneously at three events in China, Germany, and Canada.

In the front part of the electric car's interior, there will be four large displays, including a fully digital instrument cluster, a touchscreen monitor on the central tunnel, and a touchscreen for the front passenger.
The driver will have the option to choose from six driving modes: Normal, Sport, Sport+, Individual, and Range. The latter will be designed to switch the electric car's systems into maximum energy-saving mode to increase range.

The Porsche Taycan electric car will become the world's first production model with the Apple Music service fully integrated into the multimedia system, providing access to more than 50 million music tracks.
The Porsche Taycan will be equipped with two electric motors — one on the front and one on the rear axle. The units, with a combined output of 600 hp, will work together with an onboard 800-volt system. The electric car will be able to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.5 seconds, and acceleration from 0 to 200 km/h will take less than 10 seconds. The battery capacity will be enough for approximately 500 kilometers of driving without recharging.
