It is expected that the Kodiaq will retain the two-row front optics, but will receive matrix LED technologies with separate elements and dynamic turn signals — like on the updated Superb. The rear lights will be made in the style of the "younger" Kamiq model.

The main change in the technical part will be the appearance of a modification with a hybrid powertrain, also borrowed from the Superb. We are talking about a 156-horsepower turbocharged gasoline engine with a volume of 1.4 liters, working in tandem with an 85-kilowatt electric motor. The total output of the units is 218 horsepower. A set of batteries with a capacity of 13 kWh allows you to travel up to 55 kilometers exclusively on electric traction.
