The new model will be the first in the brand to feature all-wheel steering, and will also get all-wheel drive and the adaptive Bentley Dynamic Ride suspension. The world premiere of the new Flying Spur will take place on June 11.

The basis of the new Bentley Flying Spur will be the MSB platform, as in the Porsche Panamera. This "cart" is also used on the Continental GT coupe and convertible. From the Porsche, the sedan will also get all-wheel steering, which will improve stability during high-speed maneuvers and handling at low speeds. The all-wheel drive transmission with a front axle coupling will by default transfer torque to the rear wheels — the front wheels are engaged only when slipping.
In addition, the new Flying Spur will for the first time feature the adaptive Bentley Dynamic Ride suspension with adjustable damper stiffness.
