Visually, the Superb Scout stands out with a more rugged appearance, an abundance of black protective plastic on the bumpers, wheel arches, and side skirts, as well as pseudo-aluminum underbody protection. The side mirrors are also painted to look like aluminum, the roof rails are in a contrasting shade, and badges with the model name have appeared on the front fenders.

The ground clearance is increased by 15 mm, metal protection for the powertrain is installed, and wheels are 18- and 19-inch depending on the trim. Inside, a special pseudo-wood trim is used, and the seats are upholstered in stain-resistant fabric with contrasting stitching. Leather and suede are offered as options.

The Superb Scout is available only as a wagon and only with all-wheel drive. There are only two powertrains: a 2.0 TDI diesel with 190 hp or a 2.0 TSI gasoline engine with 272 horsepower. Both work with a 7-speed DSG robot and meet Euro 6 standards, with the gasoline unit featuring start-stop and brake energy recuperation systems.
