Photo spies managed to capture test trials of the first Aston Martin crossover at the legendary Nürburgring circuit. The images were published by Autoevolution.
The new crossover is expected to be named Varekai. The standard version will likely be equipped with a four-liter turbocharged V8 engine from Mercedes-AMG, producing about 600 horsepower. For the top modification, a five-liter twin-turbo V12 engine with 750 hp is planned.
The car will be produced at a new plant in St. Athan (Wales), which will provide over 700 new jobs. Assembly of the first Aston Martin crossover is scheduled to begin in early 2020.
