The crossover's design received the same characteristic elements of the Dynamic Shield concept as the Eclipse Cross, Outlander, Pajero Sport, and the updated L200 pickup. Additionally, two new body colors have been added: Red Diamond red and Oak Brown orange.
The restyled ASX will be available with an improved media center, featuring an enlarged eight-inch touchscreen, as well as a TomTom navigation system.
In Europe, the crossover will be offered with a modernized two-liter engine, capable of working with a five-speed manual transmission or a CVT with six virtual gears.
