Almost all Micra trim levels (except the base Visia) now include a multimedia system with support for Apple CarPlay and Android Auto interfaces, as well as a navigation system with maps updated via cloud service. In addition, the voice recognition function has been improved.
The output of the three-cylinder one-liter engine has been increased from 90 to 100 hp. The engine works in conjunction with a CVT. In addition, a 1.2-liter turbo engine with 117 hp has appeared, which is paired with a six-speed manual transmission. Nissan calls this version a "warmed-up hatchback," which features a retuned suspension with reduced ground clearance and sharper steering.
As before, the Nissan Micra will be offered with a 1.0-liter naturally aspirated engine producing 71 hp, as well as a 1.5-liter turbo diesel with 90 hp.
