Volkswagen has begun testing the 'hot' R version of the compact crossover T-Roc, which was spotted on the famous Nürburgring circuit.
According to available data, the all-wheel-drive T-Roc R crossover will get a two-liter turbocharged engine with 300 horsepower, similar to the one used in the "hot" version of the Golf R. This engine will be paired with a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission.
The premiere of the Volkswagen T-Roc R is expected to take place before the end of this year. The company also plans to release a convertible version of this car.
