The Nissan IMs features a transformable interior, rear doors that open against the direction of travel, and external cameras instead of side mirrors. Passengers have access to several touch panels and large screens.
The show car is equipped with two electric motors located on the front and rear axles. In total, the motors develop 490 hp and 800 N·m of torque. The units are powered by a set of batteries with a capacity of 115 kWh, which allow the electric vehicle to travel more than 600 km without recharging.
Additionally, the Nissan IMs boasts a fully autonomous driving system, upon activation of which the steering wheel retracts into the front panel, and the seats rotate so that all passengers sit facing each other.
