The Subaru Forester STI received an exclusive Fighter Grey body color, special 19-inch aluminum alloy wheels, and high-performance six-piston Brembo front brakes. In addition, the crossover got a modified radiator grille with a honeycomb pattern, an updated front bumper, and enlarged side skirts.
The Subaru Forester STI is equipped with a "significantly modernized" engine, about which there is no data yet. The standard crossover is equipped with a two-liter boxer gasoline unit paired with a compact electric motor that delivers an additional 12 hp and 65 Nm of torque. In total, the units produce 145 hp and 188 newton-meters.
As for the Impreza STI, judging by the photos, the hatchback will receive an aerodynamic body kit, including a front splitter and enlarged skirts.
The Tokyo Motor Show will also feature the Levorg and WRX STI models, for which special body kits have been prepared.
