Honda will prepare the Civic Versatilist concept car for the Tokyo Motor Show, which will foreshadow the appearance of a pseudo-SUV version of the model.
The show car is a hatchback with a slightly increased ground clearance, designed for city dwellers who lead an active lifestyle and occasionally get out into nature.
In addition to the increased ground clearance, the "all-road" Civic received plastic body cladding around the entire body and new aerodynamic details — small "wings" on the front doors.
The manufacturer is keeping the technical specifications under wraps for now. All details will likely become known after the concept's debut.
