Judging by the photos, the design of the model will be very close to the appearance of the Urban EV concept car, which debuted last fall in Frankfurt. The premiere of the production version of the show car will take place in 2019.
The role of side mirrors is performed by cameras. This technology is already available on the Lexus ES and Audi e-tron. The electric car will get door handles hidden in the pillars and round headlights, and the charging port will be placed in the hood. In addition, the equipment list will include a digital instrument panel.
The Urban EV show car had a special display installed between the headlights, which can show greeting messages to other drivers. Whether such technology will be implemented in the production version is still unknown.
All technical details are still kept secret. According to unofficial data, the electric car's range will be about 250 km.
